Meet Our Speakers - In Conference Schedule Order
Brian Mulé has been the  Area Sales Manager for CareerBuilder since 2008. He is responsible for staffing and recruitment accounts in the multi-state area. He holds a B.A. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa.
Rebecca Smith is the Marketing Manager and Sales Coordinator for Criteria for Success, a Manhattan-based sales training and Sales PlayBook organization. She is well-versed in Inbound Marketing and social selling best practices, effective CRM and Sales PlayBook processes, and discovery-based selling methods. Rebecca graduated magna cum laude with a Master’s degree in English from Florida Atlantic University.
Lindsay Wolff is the Sales Advisor & Trainer for Criteria for Success. Lindsay is a master of relationships at Criteria for Success, a Manhattan-based sales training and Sales PlayBook organization. With 13 years of success at companies such as Yahoo! and WebMD crafting a gentle yet consultative approach to sales, she focuses on providing value to clients at CFS.
Bob Rizza As the Field Consultant of Professional Staffing for Express Employment Professionals, Bob’s responsibilities include the successful development and expansion of Professional Staffing within more than 700 franchised locations. Professional Staffing encompasses positions within Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare, Sales and Marketing, Legal and other mid- to senior-level positions within the professional niche markets. Elaine Balady - Elaine is the Co-Owner and President of The Assurance Group. She has been actively working in the Staffing Industry for thirty years. With Master’s degree in Training and Administration, she began her career as a director of Business Services at a Staff Builders Franchise and assisted in transitioning the firm from a franchise operation to an independent firm, The Assurance Group, in 1989. The firm has grown from one office in Bergen County to three offices serving New Jersey and New York ad operates four diverse divisions.
  Jacqueline Cleary is the founder of Atlas and CEO since 1998. Ms. Cleary has over 25 years of staffing industry experience. As the leader of a woman owned staffing company, Ms. Cleary brings a unique perspective to the industry having started her career as a sales representative and working her way up to CEO.
Sharon Olzerowicz is President and CEO of Hired by Matrix, Inc. (HbM), a company she founded in 1986, that has since grown to become a leader in the staffing industry, providing temporary resources to an enviable list of Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in the Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, and Administrative/Clerical arenas. Today, HbM also boasts a direct placement division.
Barbara Parmese, President, Norman Staffing Services, has more than thirty-three years with NJPR/Normann Staffing Services, primarily at the senior level of administration, serving as President since October, 2000. Barbara served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, assuming full direction of the day to day operations of the company in 1998. In addition to her management experience, her background is in health information, coding and auditing. Barbara has been an active member of the New Jersey Health Information Management Association (NJHIMA), serving as a Board member for more than twelve years.
  Rachel Anevski, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matters of Management, LLC, has held executive roles in Marketing, Business Development and Human Capital for mid-size and large professional services firms. She has spent her career working alongside business owners and managing partners carrying out firm missions, acquiring talent and providing coaching to executives, management and staff. Consulting engagements have consisted of organizational redesign of operations and infrastructure, personnel programming, senior talent acquisition, total benefit and rewards systems, policy and procedure manuals, and providing business development coaching training.
Randy Moore is CEO/Partner of Associated Global Services (AGS) a Global Consulting and Executive Search Firm. Randy brings over 20 years of diverse Executive Level Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills. He attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Kellogg Campus and signed out of college to play professional baseball with the Milwaukee Brewers organization. Prior to AGS, Mr. Moore was the Executive Director at a large financial product company.  As an Executive Manager, he has led teams in Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Staffing. He has overseen as many as 450 employees, and managed numerous engagements across most every industry. He's worked with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, to Start-Ups.
Vince Grillo is Senior Vice President of Access Capital, headquartered in New York City. He is a member of the Management Committee and Senior New Business Officer. He is an expert in Asset Based Lending, Commercial Lending, and Small Business Financing. He is a graduate of St. Francis College.
Evan Prodromo is Business Development at AGR Financial, LLC, based in  Edison, New Jersey. Previously, he was a Business Banking Relationship Manager for PNC. AGR offers specialty finance services exclusively to the Staffing Industry. He is a graduate of Rutgers Business School with a Bachelor of Science

Stephen Leavenworth is Division President of Sterling National Bank’s Payroll Finance Division which primarily provides Full Service Payroll Financing, Factoring, and Asset Based Lending to the Staffing Industry. Prior to joining Sterling, Steve was the Senior Managing Director for The CIT Group, where he was responsible for leading a start-up financial services team focused on middle market asset based lending, with transactions ranging from $3 million to $20 million for revolving debt, term loans, and stretch cash flow tranches.  Steve has also worked as the Regional Marketing Manager, at The CIT Group, where was responsible for the underwriting, and sales teams, and he was awarded CIT’s divisional Sales Excellence Award. Steve was an adjunct in the City University of New York’s Graduate School and some of his academic work has been published in publications from ranging from the ABF Journal, Journal of the International Academy for Case Studies, CUNY Press, and Southern Economics Journal.
  Raphael Torres, Senior Vice President, Credit Manager Staffing Services, Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Staffing Services provides financing products and services for staffing companies across the U.S. and Canada. As leader of this team, Raphael oversees national lending and accounts receivable financing responsibilities, including portfolio management, for our staffing clients. Raphael joined Wells Fargo in 2003. He was appointed relationship team manager in 2011 and head of staffing services team in 2016. Prior to Wells Fargo, he served as a collateral analyst with Capital Business Credit.
Daniel Tortoriello has over 30 years of experience in the Asset Based Lending and commercial finance business.  He is a principal and COO of North Mill Capital (“NMC”), a national asset based lender and factor. He is primarily responsible for all new business and marketing activities having six salespeople located throughout the United States and is a member of NMC’s credit committee.
Fritz Maier, Senior Director, Global Recruitment, Revlon, Inc. Fritz is a Senior level Retail / Media / CPG HR Executive in Talent Acquisition and Development. He has worked effectively in the FMCG, Media (New and Traditional), Retail, and the E-Commerce segments. He enjoys working in OD/OE to create better teams. As a senior board member, Fritz also has experience influencing and building relationships with executive leadership teams. His specialties include: Talent and Competency, Recruitment Process, Organizational Development, managing change to teams, promoting cross-functional participation

Anthony Awerbuch is a certified Body Language Trainer and an expert in facial expression identification. He has been featured on the “That’s Life” radio show and in various local publications. After immigrating to the U.S. from South Africa in 1998, Anthony enjoyed a successful corporate career and gained extensive experience managing people. When he mastered the fundamentals of body language he found that he was seeing qualities in candidates that even more experienced managers were missing. This became his motivation to develop a unique body language training system especially for recruiters so that they too could see far beyond their candidate’s words.
