Join NJSA for a webinar hosted by Jim Janesky, who oversees client coverage and leads the Human Capital Solutions vertical for Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s Investment Banking division. Through this industry update, he will share with you his impressions on the market, track the leading macroeconomic indicators, report relevant transactions, public market valuations and highlight current trends.

Jim Janesky is a Senior Advisor within the Investment Banking team at Peapack Private Wealth Management. Jim’s focus is to provide unbiased, advice-led guidance to companies within the business services sector on sell side, corporate finance, and corporate development activities.

Prior to joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Jim Janesky led the Business Services Investment Banking Group at Corporate Fuel Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm in New York.

Before Corporate Fuel, Jim spent over 15 years as an equity sell-side research analyst in the Business Services space. During his tenure as an analyst, he launched the Business Services research effort at three investment banking firms: Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch), Stephens, Inc., and Stifel Financial. Jim started in capital markets in 1993 as an Associate Equity Analyst in the Technology/Telecom area at The Chicago Corporation. He began his career in the finance department of Macy’s Northeast.

Jim participated in or evaluated over 100 public as well as private M&A, equity and debt transactions, and his M&A analysis included strategic merits and accretion evaluation. He advised senior management, analyzed and provided institutional investment advice on one of the largest mergers in the human capital solutions industry. Jim executed financial due diligence on numerous public and private companies, including pre-IPO direction to management teams and both pre/post-IPO advice to institutional investors. He also conducted sum of the parts valuation breakdown on public and private companies and provided ongoing strategic and turnaround guidance to C-level executives.

Jim graduated from The University of Houston with an MBA and from Penn State University with a BS in Finance. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 86/87 licenses.
