Americans conduct more than 19.6 billion searches per month. These searches are happening throughout product purchase cycles from research to transaction. How people search tells us a lot about what they want and when they want it. Paid search is an effective part of a comprehensive digital strategy helping to ensure you are in front of your best prospects at the right time, with the right message. With 93% of business website traffic coming from search engines, making sure you show up on a search results page is an important part of an integrated strategy to reach your desired customers at the moment where you can have the most influence.

Whether you are a business with a single location, a statewide footprint or national reach, a team of experts from NJ Advance Media will help you optimize your online presence and answer your questions.

Digital Marketing includes SEO, Google PPC (pay per click for also know as SEM - Search Engine Marketing) and Google Re-marketing...are you "tooled" into this?

NJSA Industry Partner, Steve Isenberg of ASJ Partners, will moderate the program with NJ Media Advance and present ways to maximize your web presence.

Join us by registering online.  There is no charge for this meeting.

Most Client and/or MSP contracts include a provision regarding audits, allowing the Client or MSP to request extensive documentation regarding: (1) pay; (2) citizenship status; (3) immigration status; and (4) employment authorization, including I9s and EVerify results. You may have similar provisions in your own subcontracts. This session will discuss the circumstances in which these requests are appropriate and how best to comply with these requests without violating other legal requirements.

CareerBuilder Report

In a recently released report entitled "The Changing Face of U.S. Jobs" by CareerBuilder, men occupy a broader array of career fields, the number of occupations heavily represented by workers 55 and older has more than doubled, and white workers lost share of employment in each of the 50 highest paying jobs.

Other key findings in the report include:

  • Since 2001, female workers lost share of employment in 48 out of the 50 highest paying jobs.
  • Millennials are performing jobs formerly held by teenage workforce.
  • College graduation classes are more diverse, contributing to workforce gains for Hispanic/Latino and Asian workers.
  • Black/African American workers gained in 44% of the 50 highest paying jobs.

The most dramatic demographic shift in workforce composition is age, according to the report. The teenage workforce is 33% smaller than in 2001, while the age 55 and older workforce grew 40%. Jobs for young professionals age 22-34 grew only 4%, while employment for workers age 35-54 shrunk by 1%.
