Education. Training. Networking. Knowledge. NJSA offers a range of education and certification programs to help staffing professionals expand their expertise and improve their company's business. In conjunction with ASA and NAPS, NJSA offers seminars and conferences that can be used toward the credits necessary for CSP and CTC certifications.

NJSA Annual Conference – a one day conference for staffing employees and managers concentrating on sales and recruitment training. Held every October.

NJSA Executive Leadership Conference – a 1 and ½ day conference for owners and managers of staffing firms concentrating on business, operational, financial, and legislative issues. Held annually in the Spring.

NJSA Evening Seminarsafter-business hours seminars on key topics of interest to direct hire and temporary staffing employees.

Webinars – online noon hour seminars.

Business Issues/Expert Forums – morning seminars utilizing the expertise of NJSA’s industry partners on key business issues
