NJSA SELECTS STAFFING EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

October 30, 2008.  The New Jersey Staffing Alliance Board of Directors is pleased to announce the recipient of its Staffing Employee of the Year Award. Felix Gutierrez, temporary staffing employee for Joule Business Services in Edison, NJ, was presented with his award at the Alliance’s Annual Conference, October 30, 2008 at the Woodbridge Hilton Hotel, Iselin.  Felix was selected from among seven other nominees for his “perfect attendance, attention to detail, and fulfillment of all tasks and duties assigned to him.”

Ana Feliciano, Gutierrez’s supervisor at Joule, nominated him because all of the companies he has worked for in a temporary capacity hold him in high regard on both a personal and professional level. “Felix is not the average employee who arrives to work on time.  He arrives early and offers himself after hours with a smile.  He has lost his means of transportation but still manages to get to work on foot. Because of his positive attitude and desire to succeed, he deserves this honor,” said Feliciano.

Also recognized for her “strong work ethic and exceptional reliability” is Deborah Nyangaga with Joule Staffing Services, also in Edison.  Deborah is the runner-up staffing employee of the year.  Deborah, a native of Kenya, has worked a variety of clerical and light industrial positions and with each position, her performance has surpassed the expectations of her supervisors.

“Deborah has always been a pleasure to work with as she constantly strives to improve herself and her skills.  She has recently accepted a long-term opportunity and the feedback from her supervisor on her performance is excellent,” stated Lydia Moussa of Joule Staffing Services.
